Includes: Barn, gardens, interior & exterior lighting, deluxe bathrooms, outdoor deck & grill.

Excludes: Sunroom Suite and horse carriage, unless special arrangements are made.

Time Frame: 5 hours event time. Prefer the end time of 10 pm.

(BB&G All-inclusive package)

Includes: Full staffing (parking attendant, house attendant, site foreman & possible security)

Includes: Sunroom suite. (No overnights).

Includes: Carriage (horse & driver arranged separately)

Time Frame: 8 hours actual event time

All-Inclusive Package
  • c1870 Barn preserved & enhanced for your enjoyment. Authentic original location.

  • Stately brick entrance with brick seat walls, large flower urns, and two-tiered beds.

  • Elegant barn entrance gardens: Boxwood, white hydrangea, roses, tulips.

  • Huge 30x20 outdoor deck overlooking gardens.

  • Inside, extensive electrical features include six oversized chandeliers & ceiling fans.

  • Outdoor period lighting on the barn exterior, deck, and white decorative lights.

  • Wedding ceremony site is on a hilltop with amazing views of the valley/ridges/pond in the distance.

  • Large wooden hilltop Pergola with white draping.

  • Extensive rose gardens.

  • Perennial gardens. Grounds have Adirondack furniture for guest seating.

  • 90-foot formal garden (eight garden beds & fountain) with walking paths & center fountain.

  • Elegant Sunroom Suite* – with house attendant. Central air. 

Large indoor sun porch, in French country décor, surrounded by windows.

Kitchen area.

Elegant en suite bathroom with ceramic floors and makeup/hair prep area with large mirror and stools.

Large master “Bride's Suite” (Queen-size bed, armoire with full-length mirror).

Staff-driven golf carts to escort guests, bridesmaids, and the bride.

Private back path for the bride & bridesmaids to arrive to the wedding site.

  • Elegant black horse carriage with double tufted seats (for photos only).

  • Grounds to accommodate a large event tent (you order). Electrical supply provided.

  • Free use of décor items we have on hand: Glass hurricanes, gilded large chalkboards, black wrought iron chandelier (for floral/no flame), large easel stand, white lights decorating the rustic barn posts. Inventory may change. Click here to view items.

  • Portable amplifier & mic.

  • WiFi in the barn.

  • Deluxe permanent bathrooms on site that are cleaned every 30 minutes

  • Tables (please inquire as to number). You supply additional over our on-site amount.​

  • Additional tables & chairs.

  • Linens (may be rented through Event Essentials).

  • Tent for large events.

  • Food & beverage (you may choose any caterer or bring your own!)

  • Licensed bartender.

  • Servers, if desired.
